The Modern is scheduled to start take reservations in 2009. It is a majestic 24 story glass tower with 84 luxury units that offer breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and Palm Beach, the Southeastern Florida resort destination that is home to some of the grandest residential and shopping addresses in the world.
