With over 28 years of project management and development services experience, Gino Baroni serves as the President & C.E.O. of Trident Building, LLC. Within Trident Building, LLC, Trident's PROJECT ADVANTAGE GROUP provides a full array of Owner's Project Manager services. In his role in Trident's Project Advantage Group, Mr. Baroni is responsible for client development, satisfaction, advocacy; decisions on project pursuit selection; and assisting the Group's Principals, Project Executives, and Senior Staff in (i) selecting potential project specific team members by participating in initial searches, reviews, recommendations for client assessments, and contract negotiations and administration oversight; (ii) managing and directing the Group's respective staffing and project resource requirements; (iii) providing risk management assessments and practices; and (iv) administering polices and procedures development and implementation. Mr. Baroni is skilled in site analysis and selection, construction management, scope/budget development, legal/contract review and negotiations, and building code and permitting processes.

Mr. Baroni recently served as Executive Vice President and C.O.O. of a major New England 260 employee Construction Management firm.
